Well, since the US, has never been allied with Germany in any war other then Afghanistan, trading with them during the war would have been an act of treason and would have nothing to do with Britain anyway.

Other then that, I imagine you could consider Most Favored Nation clauses, impeding any beneficial trade favors made towards new trade partners.
