During the third Reich, about 62,000,000 people died; Most of which were allied soldiers. Of course, this is excluding the around 6 million Holocaust victims. So including them give you a total of about 68,000,000 (sixty eight million) deaths in total. The Allied forces had the advantage of numbers, but apparently the Nazis had either more powerful weapons, or more powerful feelings towards it's receptive cause. This includes the Japan Hiroshima bombings.
