hell yeah Germany owe it
Philosophical question:If you crush a totalitarian state in a war (Germany in this example) thus completely removing the ruling government, do the oppressed and now released populous owe anything more than thanks? (I think not as we were fighting the government not the people)it is roughly equivalent to $32 billion. this is what my teacher told me. :)
This was about $33 billion (thirty-three billion US dollars).
NoteIn 1932 all reparations payments (for WW1) by Germany ceased - for ever. The sums that were spent on rearmament in the 4-5 years after Hitler came to power were much greater than the amount spent on reparations, but one never hears complaints about that. After WWII German WWI reparations were suspended to balance lost territory, but re-established after East and West Germany unified after 1990.

Berlin - Germany is still paying World War I reparations, more than 90 years after that conflict ended with a peace treaty at Versailles in 1919.
The country is expected to pay off the remaining 56 million euros (84 million dollars) in interest and repayments by October 3, 2010, Germany's Bild newspaper reported Wednesday, citing a spokesman of the German Finance Agency, which manages the government's debts and borrowing.
The money is being paid out to creditors holding bonds. Germany had paid off 1.5 billion marks in war debts until 1952 (357 million dollars according to 1952 exchange rates), before repayment was frozen - due to Germany's loss of territory in World War II - until the reunification between West and East Germany in 1990.
The demands were unfrozen on October 2, 1990, with repayments to be concluded within 20 years.
Also after Armistace day 1918 the Royal navy ceased almost a half of the German navy that had remained in German waters since 1916 after Jutland.
They only just finished paying off their debt on Sunday 3rd October 2010. With interest, the total paid amounted to £22,000,000,000 instead of the original £6,600,000. The payments would have finished earlier if Adolf Hitler hadn't reneged during World War I1
New claim for support of those injored by United States. In the "No child left behind" ageneration was left behind when the imagrants were forced to turn Germon speeking schools into churches thus alyinating the people from who they were for being Germon desent. By not allowing the school to remain a Germon speeking schhol this culture was cut off from there haritage. To day the church sees them as a irrelivent people as they have become introgated into a English speeking socity. There can be repriations if the church is taken out and a Germon speeking school is restored.

the germans was paying the allies from 1918-1932 then hitler refused to pay but in 1948 the germans starting to repay the allies and in october 4th 2010 the final payment was done.
It took 92 years because hitler refused to pay from early 30s-late 40s. People think in a estimate it would taken longer to pay if ww2 didnt happen
Germany was very much an autocracy during World War 2.
After WW1, there were strict rules on how much Germany could build their military might.

How much Germany money is worth varies with the economy and world market. As of August 14, 2013 one Euro, which is the currency used in Germany is worth $1.33 in U.S. currency.
If you converted all the money in the world to Canadian or u.s. dollars, there would be, give or take a few, $10.000000000000 (trillion) in the world.

All I know is that their economy is the 3rd highest in all the world.
