To prevent genocide the world need to to pay attention to the signs and listen to people directly impacted. In order to prevent genocides we must understand it, we must study and compare genocide and develop a working theory about genocidal process.

Lives in Holkocaust during the war. Jewish people endure hardship and many of them died under the hand of Nazis. These hardship include violation to their human rights, many of them were force to concentration camps, and the life after the Holocaaust.

Sometimes we must interfere when human are in dangered and when human prestigi are in risk, national border and sentivities are irrelevant. When men and women are persecuted of their race, religious, culture and political view that place must at that moment become the center of universe.

___

However, something similar has happened again - in Rwanda (1994). The world didn't take it seriously or even really believe it was happening till it was far too late. History is notsome simple 'moral tale', from which obvious lessons can be learnt.

Sadam was doing the very same thing. That's one of the big reasons that he had to be taken out. Evil dictators must be stopped and we as a global community must stand up to them.

Ensure that you do not invent a time machine, failing that it cannot happen again.

World War II cannot happen again either, nor can the Wall Street Crash of 1929.

Who was over the Holocaust?

This question doesn't make sense. Do you mean "what was the cause of the Holocaust?" Do you mean "who was responsible for the Holocaust?" Rephrase the question.

Why was the Holocaust caused by one man?

The Holocaust was not caused by one man. Even though Heydrich was called the architect of the Holocaust, it took a whole nation (in fact many nations) to make the Holocaust a reality.

How is World War 2 and the holocaust related?

The Holocaust would not have happened were it not for the war. The war not only promoted the conditions to produce the Holocaust, but it also provided a shroud to cover the actions produced in the Holocaust.

Quotes made by a SS Officer during the Holocaust?

they didnt make any quotes

Why should you remember the Holocaust?

It's important to remember atrocities like the Holocaust for several reasons:To honor the victims and keep their memory alive through stories of their lives. To be aware. To learn about our history...where we've been influences where we are today and where we are headed. To keep such a thing from happening again. When we learn about it, we learn about the problem of intolerance.World impact, maybe? The holocaust is a historical tragedy that affected the entire globe. There are still people alive today who suffered and survived the holocaust - they lost everything - their families, homes and cultural histories have been demolished. If that does not merit "remembering" a devastating part of history I don't know what does. How can anyone forget?'He who does not learn from history, is doomed to repeat it.'George SantayanaBecause it was a major event in history when millions of Jews and others were murdered. We need to remember the Holocaust so that we remember the horrors that innocent people were put through. However, I do think the main reason it should still be taught and thought about is to remind us of why it should never happen again. Even more so because the world we live in today is far more complex, which would make it even easier to build such mass killing machines. Our history can help us learn from our past and live for a better future.I everyone should have the opportunity to learn and discover about the holocaust because it is the biggest known genocide ever. We should not forget about the innocent people who were murdered because Hitler didn't agree with them. People should always learn from mistakes, and it makes things a lot less painful if they are not your own.We need to remember the Holocaust so that we remember the horrors that innocent people were put through, and so this can't happen again.we should remember the holocaust so we can make sure that nothing like this will ever happen again. if this would happen again we would know what to do because the holocaust educated us on this major events in history. we all always keep in memory all those Jews and non Jews that were murdered._____Why? Many reasons... Wwe should do it out of the respect of the millions of innocent men woman and children who were killed together in the most evil way you can ever imagine. They died a long death, often watching the ones they loved most suffer. Each and every single one of these people had friends, family, etc. They were ordinary people. Why were they killed? Simply because they were Jews. Another reason why is that it can be passed on to the future generations about the true horrors of rasism so something as terrible may never, ever happen again.______I don't accept that remembering the Holocaust prevents genocide. In fact, the Rwanda Genocide of 1994 - in which about 800,000 Tutsis were massacred by the Hutu militia in roughly 100 days - means that something very similar has already happened again. As with the Holocaust, most of the world didn't want to do anything about it till it was over ... Then the international hand-wringing began.

What does the Holocaust tell us about ourselves?

The holocaust says a couple things about ourselves today. Some people can act rash and harsh, and ruin the lives of others. This tells us that we will always have a few people out there who just cant stop doing the wrong things. But we cant let these few stop the rest of us. We can never forget the holocaust, so that we never make that mistake again. The world has come a long way since WWII. That has to show something about us. We learn from our mistakes and keep moving foreward.
