Females: behind closed doors the doctors will exam your breast's, vagina and anus, they are looking for lumps in the breasts, plastic surgery and anything out of the ordinary, they will check you vagina by slightly spreading your labia and anus to check for visible signs of STD's, signs of child birth and anything not normal. (there is not penetration in to the vagina being that you will not require a pap smear)
Females keep in mind most doctors at MEPS are males, they are professionals and will act as such, it is not a groping sessions where they are trying to check you out or cop a feel, they will try to conduct the exam as quick as possible so that you do not feel so uncomfortable.

A military force derives its freedom of action primarily from its organizational capabilities, resource availability, and strategic flexibility, which encompass both physical strength and the will to fight. Physical strength includes manpower, equipment, and logistics, enabling the execution of operations. Meanwhile, the will to fight is rooted in morale, leadership, and cohesion, which motivate troops and sustain commitment during conflicts. Together, these elements create a balanced power dynamic that influences a military's operational effectiveness.
Residual damage in the military refers to the long-term physical, psychological, and social effects experienced by service members after combat or exposure to military operations. This can include physical injuries, PTSD, and challenges in reintegration into civilian life. It also encompasses the impact on families and communities, as veterans may struggle with relationships, employment, and accessing necessary healthcare.
