Rednecks are dumb because in the south they have really bad education. They can't help it. Most Rednecks are found in the deep south. Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and southern Georgia. They are poor so they don't send there children to school. Instead they make them hunt for amusement and kill other animals. They don't eat the meat they just leave the dead animal there. Rednecks may also be called poachers.
