Note: A lot of opinions. Some are below. It depends on how you define evil.Stalin:I would say Stalin as he was pure evil. Hitler was evil do not get me wrong, but Stalin hated everyone. Hitler had problems with the Jews and a few others, but Stalin persecuted his own people and others. There are more statistics on Hitler than Stalin. That is why more people might say Hitler for they do not know much about Stalin. Hitler is a household name, Stalin is usually not.Hitler:I would actually say Hitler was the more evil of the two. Like the poster above said, Stalin hated everyone, but Hitler targeted, isolated, and slaughtered one group of people. At least Stalin didn't discriminate.Hitler:Hitler plunged Europe into war as well as committing appalling atrocities. (Stalin did not unleash a major war). Hitler has become the #1 20th century icon (or symbol) of evil.Stalin:Although Stalin didn't cause a war he still sided with Hitler in the war. On top of that Stalin killed everyone even in his own army he had groups that where called blocks behind his soilders. They were ordered to shoot any troop giving up ground no matter what. Plus Stalin did start a war by him self the cold war!!!Hitler:There is all this talk about Stalin killed off his own fellow Russians - In actual fact he was betrayed by a fair number of his own fellow men who worked secretly for Hitler. When Stalin found this out, brutally and literally, lined those who betrayed them and had them shot. Everything he did was for a reason and people are too quick to jump to conclusions without fact. In all honesty, he can be seen as one of the greatest leaders of our time who took an undeveloped country and turned it into the greatest industrial country with one of the most powerful military forces to this very day.Stalin:Both Stalin and Hitler are both considered some of the worst leaders. Both instituted totalitarian governments and they both killed lots of people. Stalin would kill people, and then expunge them from all records, like in pictures. Hitler, at the end of the war, gassed millions of people. However, Stalin's communist policy also led to major shortages in food and caused tens of millions of people to starve to death. So, between Hitler and Stalin - they were both terrible leaders, I would have to say Stalin. Yes, Hitler was bad, but Stalin was worse! Wrap up:One can debate motive and intentions all day, but if murder is the greatest evil, then when the debate is said and done, Hitler is usually ascribed with about 15 million murders and Stalin with tens and tens of millions of murders.
They didn't. They used each other. Stalin had long term plans to have Hitler eliminate the intelligentsia of Europe as he had done in Russia. Hitler approved of all the methods of Russian genocide that had been going on for years and actually sent people to Russia to learn how to build concentration camps. Hitler's demands of absolute merciless cruelty from his officers actually came from the example of Stalin. This similitude would have resulted in a simmering resentment in Hitler and a feeling of inferiority. Publicly admiring the Russians was bad for Hitler's political aspirations as well so he chose to reverse any good things he'd been saying them. The Ribbentrop Pact had been a ruse to get supplies while holding the Russians at bay so that he could concentrate on other activities. The Russians welcomed this because they had only recently finalized their war with Finland (and lost) and the Japanese on the Manchurian border, (and won).
The non- aggression pact was formed, primarily because Hitler knew the German military would be unable to support and sustain fighting on 2 fronts. Hitler needed all his resources to fight the Allied forces in Western Europe, and that if he had to fight a soviet attack from the east at the same time, he didn't have enough men and equipment to do so.
Mussolini was the Italian Dictator, on the side of the Axis. He sided with Hitler, for example. And on the side of the Allies was Roosevelt of the US who sided with Britain. There were many leaders of many countries involved in WW2.
Stalin ordered liquidation of all peoples of authority or creativity, which he saw as a potential threat to the state, all wealthy peoples had their property taken away and all land was separated between the people (so he said...) under state control, in reality he wanted all peoples and things under his own rule.
Yes and no...Stalin did have many people hp wanted to rebel but Stalin was so ruthless that he'd kill everyone who even looked suspicious.
Not nearly as many as Stalin was responsible for, but Stalin was 'our friend and ally' so we don't talk about it. Hitler was a ruthless and feared leader of Germany during WW2 there is no way to put a actual number of men woman and children that were murdered by this man.If someone was to estimate a number of deaths he is responsible for including his own people i would estimate at 15 million or more.....
Neither of them were. Both were dictators who ruled over different versions of capitalism.
if ussr is Soviet Union like i think and it was under Stalin, then they signed a non aggression pact, so Stalin wouldn't interfere with Hitler, also Hitler bribed him by offering to share Poland
I doubt that we will ever know, but I think he was looking for power and some one to blame for everything.
Tyranny is Dictatorship like uh Joseph Stalin was a Tyrant, So was Adolf Hitler, but they were also "Dictators", where is it found? History, Communism other dictatorships, Cuba under the rule of Fidel Castro...

Stalin means man of steel in russia so he called himself it to improve his image.
So that neither one would attack the other while making their moves.
He was one of the Axis powers. He made a treaty with Hitler, which Hitler broke when he invaded Russia. The three allies in the Axis in WII were Mussolini (Italy), Stalin (Soviet Union) and Hitler (Germany).
