Yes, Dominicans are considered African American, meaning that Dominicans are black. They have 75% African roots. 75% is more than half, so they're basically black. They're not white. White people look at Dominicans as black, Africans, minorities, and non- educated people Dominicans are no better than black people, they get pregnant when their 5, not all of the,m have good hair, and I see a number of Dominicans with extremely big lips. They can think their white, but history is all that matters, they're African, they're black! When you classify it, they're black !!

Excuse me but do y'all even know what African- AMERICAN is , are y'all not reading what y'all saying? Dominicans are NOT African- AMERICAN they simply have African ancestors and roots but they are no where near American, find another word to call it cause is not African-American, might as well call it African-Latino, cause they are not Americans 😂😂 like y'all tripping
