How come it's rude when white people are mean to black people but no one cares when black people are nasty to white people?

"White People" and "Black People" are not all one thing or another. Each individual in each race varies.

Some whites can be rude to some blacks and it not mean racism, or even be taken as such. And if a black person is rude or "nasty" to a white person, it may or may not mean racism, and others - of all colors - may or may not care.

I understand the phenomena being queried, though. The answer to that is this - Of all the reasons that people have to be rude, racism is an additional reason. And in this country, racism is typically from white to black.

The opposite kind exists, just not as largely. So there is more care and concern about rudeness from whites to blacks.

The truth is, that's not all the time the case. Those two can be very interchangeable. In one situation, no one cares when black people are mean to white people, and in another situation no one cares when white people are mean to black people. Those two vary depending on where you are. If a black person goes to Peachtree City in Georgia, nobody would care if a white person was mean to them, because that city is a very racist against blacks. But perhaps if a white person were to go to a city like Detroit, you would find that nobody would care if a black person was mean to a white person. So that's not always the case. It depends where you go, and where you are at.
