Because it lacked Bureau of International Exhibitions sanction the 1964/1965 Worlds Fair did not have the Major Nations participate but did have representation from Spain, Sweden, Austria, Philippenes, Greece, Japan, Mexico, Denmark, Jordan, Belgium, Thailand, Pakistan and Vatican City and an African Pavilion.
New Worlds Fair was created in 1974.
