No. America is a mostly free in enough ways to make it seem more free than it is; Until one suffers from a big enough need for health care and can't get it because it is not available to them. The richest never experience this, as they never run out of money(aka, insurance), which is what freedom is defined by, in America. America also has the biggest military, by far, so that is the best thing about the country, it can protect itself and it's allies the best, from military aggression from other major power.
