If the US president dies, the vice-president becomes president and a new vice-president is appointed. If the 'new' president dies, the 'new' vice-president becomes president. This process is dealt with under the 25th Amendment to the US constitution which starts off....Section 1. In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President. Section 2. Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
There is none that starts with an O, but the Lincoln memorial fits that description
A horseshoe.
Vice president Bart, chief justice Bell,House speaker O`Carter,Former president Harkin, president Lewis,my fellow citizens of the world, our economy is is totally tanked down. Many people have lost their jobs and their children are going hungry for food.I will promise to fix the economy by putting more Americans back to work. Our middleclass is not doing well.I believe that every American has the right to find a job. When our economy starts booming again, our federal government will be able to spend enough money.Thank you all and may god bless the United States of America.
What ever it is it starts with an "a"
, which has the power to initiate impeachment proceedings. If a majority of the House votes to impeach the president, the case is then tried in the Senate. A two-thirds majority vote in the Senate is required to convict and remove the president from office.
through impeachment. It is possible for a US President to be removed from office by the Congress, using a complicated procedure designed to prevent a president from being removed just because he is unpopular , but because he is evil or truly incompetent. The process starts with an impeachment bill in the lower House that defines the charges against the president. The Senate then must hold a trial based on the charges and act as jury with a 2/3 vote necessary to convict.
There are two ways of looking at this. The President through the Office of Management and Budget makes an initial request of Congress. The legislation for the budget starts in the US House of Representatives, technically this is where the process starts. However they usually work from the outline from the OMB. the president--APEX
The President stays in office until the end of his term, regardless if a war starts between the election and inauguration.
The President's term of office starts on January 20th as specified in the 20th amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
1. Reprimand 2. Scolding 3. Censure 4.Expulsion
Two ways. The 25th amendment can be used where the cabinet can vote to remove him. I don’t see that happening. The second method starts in congress. The House prepares the charges and the senate acts as the court.
I think you are confused. A veto is what a president does to a bill he doesn't want or like. People are not vetoed. The word you are looking for is impeachment. A impeachment starts in the house and is done in the senate.

The impeachment process begins with a bill in the House of Representatives and concludes with a trial in the Senate.
There is a two-step process involved.Step OneThe House of Representatives holds hearings, then votes to impeach the President. If the House of Representatives votes in favor, by a simple majority, the House sends Articles of Impeachment to the Senate.Step TwoThe Senate conducts a trial of the President to decide if the President is guilty of the crimes charge in the Articles of Impeachment. If two-thirds of the Senate votes to accept any Article of Impeachment, the President is automatically removed from office and the vice president takes his place and if he's the same it starts all over again. =(
The word "impeached" means to accuse or charge a public official with misconduct. It does not imply a conviction or removal from office, as that would be a separate process following the impeachment.
