Enacted by President Andrew Jackson in 1830, it was meant to encourage/assist/force member of the "five civilized tribes" from eastern states, particularly Georgia, to move west into the "Indian Territory", now Oklahoma. This act led to the Trail of Tears and more atrocities. the Trail of Tears was from 1830-1838

Free Essay Indian Removal Act of 1830: Native American Perspective

Aug 23, 2007 ... The removal of Native Americans from their lands by the Indian Removal Act of 1830 violated their political, legal, and human rights.

And using the word of KJV scripture, identifies the the religion of the founders of this Country.Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvelously: for I shall work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you. For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwelling places that are not theirs. They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed from themselves. [HABAKKUK 1:5-6-7.]

Um no, Andrew Jackson didn't hate the Indians. Basically, us Americans decided that we needed the land the Indians were on for gold and colonization so we just moved the Indians out and to Oklahoma (mostly).

Forced them into western lands. Basically to get them out of the "white mans" way. I believe this caused the trail of tears which was the path Indians took where many died. It had a very negative affect on the Indians.
