I sent you a copy of the death certificate plus a copy of te SocSec letter. What I received back in the mail was very rude..a torn envelpoe marked RTS. What do you mean by annuities? If you are referring to Soc Sec supplements, and NOT basic earned Soc Sec income payments, it may be because you don't need them while in prison, where everything is taken care for you and paid for by the taxpayers.
