First you have to write a letter to the government, explain why you need land. Last with a map you show where and you have to promise to raise cattle. And one more, you have to promise to be Mexican citizen.

Is nortens better than surenos?

Both are very strong gangs, cause the Nortenos are under the Blood Alliance along with gangs such as the Bloods, Pirus, Black P. Stones etc. & then the Surenos are under the Mexican Mafia along with other gangs such as Ms-13, Eighteen Street etc..... I wouldn't say neither is better than the other both are equal to one another.

Were individual rights more secure under the Articles of the Confederation than British rule?

Yes, because you could actually use your rights under the articles of confederation but with bristish rule you couldnt. Like as in freedom of speech you may use it in the Usa but you couldnt under bristish rule, well at least not all the time

What is werguild?

"Wer" means "human" or "man" (this is also the root for terms like "werewolf") and "guild" refers to coin. Quite literally this means "man payment." In some old cultures, a werguild was submitted to the family of a man who was slain, made by the person who killed him. If no payment was made, that family could seek revenge or declare a blood debt on the person who originally did the killing. However, if the payment was fairly given, then no retribution could be sought and no grudge held against the killer. This practice continues in some ways in the modern world, although not under the same term or concept. Courts often award monetary damages to suing parties where a someone has been wronged (usually injured or sometimes killed).

What did the declaration of rights of man mean to the old regime?

It meant nothing to the Ancient Regime. Absolute Monarchs ruled by Divine Right and with the full blessing of the Catholic Church. Under that set of rules and guidance there could be no Rights of Man and the Citizen.
