Here is the definition of "Aryan" from the Oxford English Dictionary:

2. Under the Nazi régime (1933-45) applied to the inhabitants of Germany of non-Jewish extraction.

or

3. According to Nazi ideology, a non-Jewish Caucasian.

Germans and "non-Jewish Caucasians" can have a variety of hair and eye colors and there is nothing stated by Hitler or the Nazis specifically about anyone having to be "blond and blue-eyed" or other such non-sense. Ask any serious historian, they will tell you the same.(Although the true definition of an Aryan is something entirely different from what Hitler stated at all)

The Aryans came from Central Asia in which they lived in caves within various mountains from a land called, Aria. Due to the cold weather climate and being stranded in caves for thousands of years, Aryans became fair featured, which they had fair-olive skin with blonde hair and blue eyes. Information about the Aryans comes primarily from Vedic texts such as the Rigveda, which provide insights into their society, customs, and beliefs. Linguistic analysis, comparative mythology, and genetic studies also contribute to our understanding of the Aryans and their migration patterns. While the lack of direct archaeological evidence presents challenges, these interdisciplinary approaches help scholars piece together a picture of the Aryans.
