The Kawasaki ZZR600 is a sports motorcycle manufactured by Kawasaki and is designed from previous generation sportsbikes but has more ergonomic seating positions and different graphics. The motorbike was introduced in 1990 with ZZR600 D1 model, and with D2 and D3 models being presented in the following years after that. Different models were being made up until 2006 when the ZZR600 E6F model was presented. This new and final model had an engine that powered all of the D and E series bikes.

The front sprocket on a 2007 Kawasaki ZZR600 should be torqued to approximately 30 ft-lbs (40 Nm). It's important to use a torque wrench to ensure proper tightening and to avoid damaging the sprocket or the output shaft. Always consult the owner's manual or service manual for the most accurate specifications and guidelines.
The engine number on a Kawasaki ZZR600 is typically located on the right side of the engine block, near the front, just above the oil filter. It may be stamped directly onto the engine casing, making it visible without needing to remove any components. Always ensure the area is clean for easier visibility, and refer to the owner's manual for specific details if needed.
