There have been 43 men who served as US president so far. Of these, three were career military officers, namely Zachary Taylor, Ulysses Grant and Dwight Eisenhower. George Washington, William Henry Harrison and Andrew Jackson all had several years of professional army service, but did not really have a military careers. Several others saw temporary war-time military service-- see the related question for more detail.
There is no requirement that the President have military experience. However, the President is the Commander in Chief of the US Military. As such, it is certainly a big plus in the minds of many people, including the military.
I am not sure what "specialized" means here. The President get advice from his cabinet, from the White House staff and the joint chiefs for military advice. Many of them have special skills and knowledge. Some of them were picked for their service to the President's election campaign .

No US president was elected unanimously by popular vote. The only president elected unanimously by the electoral college was George Washington (There was no popular vote in this election).

Zero. Many Presidents served in the military, but none were in ROTC.
I count 21- John Adams, Jefferson, Madison, Quincy Adams, Van Buren,Tyler, Polk, Fillmore, Buchanan, Lincoln, Andrew Johnson, Cleveland,Taft, Wilson, Harding, Coolidge, Hoover, Franklin Roosevelt, Clinton, George W. Bush, and Obama. Some of these men had brief service in a state militia , home guard or national guard but were never in a regular military service.
39 of the 44 U.S. Presidents to date have won at least one presidential election.35 of the 44 Presidents started their (first) presidencies by election; the other nine became president when their predecessors died or resigned.
The president does not need to have any military experience at all. Of the last three presidents, only one had any military training at all and his service was entirely in the national guard .

50000000000000000000 how does that sound?
Barack Obama has not served in the military
Considering that we have had two men who have held the rank of General (that is higher than Colonel) I would say two. They were Grant and Eisenhower.
I don't think the United States Postal Service has any vice presidents; just postmasters.
Many of the former Presidents of the United States have served in one way or another as a man in uniform for the United States. A total of 31 Presidents were soldiers before taking office, ranging from Privates to General of Armies.
