The "British" forces at Bennington were largely German mercenaries, plus Canadians, Loyalists and Native American Indians. When the fighting started the Loyalists and Indians ran away. 207 of the ones who stood their ground were killed but very few would have been British nationals.

For the Americans, 4 died of wounds. It is said that an additional 2 froze to death. The British had 20 wounded, 100 dead, and 1,000 captured. The Americans won!
