Linen. Men wore short kilts tied at the waist with a belt known as a schenti. For women wore a skirt which went from their shoulders, to their ankles. Most didn't wear shoes, if they did it was in the form of sandals made from papyrus reeds.

Children usually went naked until puberty.

Often clothing was made out of wool. Otherwise it could be made out of cheap cloth, and if you were thinking some of the earlier times, out of animal hides.
