Turkey uses the Lira. It's a decimal system, with 100 Kurus per 1 Lira. The New Turkish Lira came into effect on January 01, 2005. Exchange rate example, on October 06, 2007:

1 Turkish Lira = 0.83724 U.S. Dollars
