The group with the least power was slaves, who had nearly none. There were not slaves everywhere in Europe, however, and as the Middle Ages progressed, more and more countries gave up on slavery, so they did not exist everywhere and were pretty much gone by the time the Middle Ages ended.
The most commonly seen group with least power was serfs, who were mostly free, but could not move away from the land they lived on. Their bondage to the land, however, had some benefits, such as a guarantee of a job, a place to live, and protection. By the end of the Middle Ages, this group also was declining in numbers in some places. In Britain, for example, most serfs had been freed of their bondage by then.

The lowest class of peasants were called serfs. They weren't slaves, but they were never free. They did lots of dirty, dangerous work and got paid a very little amount.
Hey!
Here's a hint...
Ask someone you know! These answers on here might be wrong so be careful. You could ask a family member, friend, or even the teacher for help on something you have a question about. ;3 Good luck!
peasants
the people who paid the peasants were the kngihts and lords.
The European Ages used class and estates as a system of stratification for feudal societies. Feudalism had three estates, which were the Church was the first estate, the nobility were the second, and the peasants were the third estate.
The SERFS, followed by the peasants.
Were everyone peasants, there would be no peasants.
