spies need a couple of gadgets, a group of friends (make sure they are friends you trust completely, they need a H.Q (two H.Qs are better ) and others.

some of the things include:

notebook and pencil (to copy down information)

scissors (for cutting things like rope if you need to)

microscope ( for examining evidence)

pens (to write down things)

rope (to tie up things)

flashlight (to see in the dark, a small flashlight with a white light is best)

these are the jobs you might want to assign your friends:

1 team leader

1 or 2 assistant team leader(s)

2 or 3 technology leaders

2 or 3 spy trainers (to train the spies that join the team)

You may want to give you and you friends code names to keep your identities secret. You may also want to get a few disguises such as a fake moustache, a big trench coat and a big hat.
