Actually Abraham and Sarah were brother in sister. Since in those times because the blood-line was so pure this was possible. If you go to Genesis 20:11-13 it says,

Abraham replied "I said to myself, There is surley no fear of God in this place, and they will kill me because of my wife. Besides, she really is my sister the daughter of my father though not of my mother: and she became my wife."

So Sarah was actually Abrahams half sister.

Hope this helps you! =D

Genesis 20:12, Abraham stated she is daughter of my father, but not of my mother, and the blood line comes from the man, so she was his sister, and his wife.

Abraham had two brothers: Nahor and Haran. See Genesis ch.11. (Not to be confused with a different Nahor, in the same chapter, who was Abraham's grandfather.)

Were Abraham and Sarah really brother and sister?

Abraham and Sarah were not biological siblings; they were actually half-siblings, sharing the same father but having different mothers. In Genesis 20:12, Abraham refers to Sarah as his half-sister, which was a common practice in the ancient Near East to protect the wife's honor. The Bible does not condone incest, and the relationship between Abraham and Sarah is considered unique to their cultural context.
