well, in 1909 American men were either (if they were old) were short and fat with a moustache, that was the typical old guy look. but young men had longer hair (so no buzz cuts..haha) slicked back with brown hair ranging from light brown to almost black, you would never see anyone with black hair or blonde, that was rare. American women in 1909 were (if they were old) had long, long gray hair and were short and busty. but young women usually had long brown hair, fair skin, and the typical American woman didnt have any special facial feutures.
