In the 1770's there was no longer a feudal system. __ It was called seignorial system. The name carried over into Quebec when New France was settled.

On April 20, 1770, The Endeavor, reached Australia and Captain James Cook laid claim to it as part of the British Empire. He did not discover Australia, since there were already aboriginal people there, but Captain Cook was the first European to lay claim to Australia.
Indentured servants in 1770 dressed differently according to where they were to be working. Slaves who worked in the homes, dressed in finer clothing than those that worked in the field. The men in the field wore breeches (pants) and cotton shirts, while the women who worked in the field wore dresses and head wraps.
