Elizabeth Báthory. While it has never been proven that she drank the blood of her victims. She did however bathe in their blood to make herself younger. I believe the question should be which Hungarian countess as she was born in Hungary and died in modern day Slovakia (see the links below).
It has been rumored that Countess Erszebet Bathory drank the blood of her young victims. This may be true. The Countess loved to see her victims suffer. As for the actual drinking of blood I could find no documentation that this is a fact. That does not mean it didn't happen, only that I could find no proof of the fact.
This is new to me. Now that I think about it, there is one of those in history, Countess Elizabeth Báthory de Ecsed was a countess from the renowned Báthory family. Although in modern times she has been labeled the most prolific female serial killer in history. She killed to be bathed in his victims blood because it will keep her younger.
