I would guess not, it would make sense if there is other life "out there" (doesn't mean they are "intelligent" and abducting people) but it isn't likely they evolved the same way as humans and probably aren't what we would consider human. It is much more likely they are humanoid (looks sort of like a human) but we can not tell until we find such life.
Brahe's theories revolved around the ptolemaic system, where Earth was the centre of the Universe. Copernicus stated that the Earth is not the center of the Universe, but we revolve around other masses as well.
"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."
We are made stronger by our efforts and more vulnerable by our lack of effort, or hap hazard efforts. We are not stronger today because of modernization, modernization is a symptom of strong willed people. Reasonable people will conform to the world and it's constraints, unreasonable people will demand the world conform to their wishes. It is the unreasonable people who make comfort and expedience possible for reasonable people to enjoy. We are human and because we are we remain vulnerable to a cold and uncaring universe who patiently plots our destruction. I say let's modernize and learn how to manipulate this cold and uncaring universe to our own ends. What's the worse that can happen, the universe wins anyway?
not yet but obviously you've heard the theory that it does. so i will tell you this its a theory. its not proven because the big bang is not proven that's just the theory everyone goes with. they say the universe will contract, but that wont happen in my lifetime nor billions of other peoples lifetimes after us. they say it will happen billions.. maybe trillions of years after us.
Copernicus
Planet, Land, Universe......
When we talk about the world, we mean the earth we live on. This world is a small planet revolving around the sun, one of many billions of other suns, or stars, in the universe. So, the world is very, very small compared to the universe.
Without a Universe, there would be no world, either. "World" can refer to:* The Universe itself * Planet Earth, which is part of the Universe
It's called the miss universe pagent in the us but of you translute some other places it can translate to the miss world pagent
No. Of course not. The universe is big enough to hold earth and all the other planets in the Milky Way Galaxy and all other galaxies and the sun and the moon and the stars. There is no way that the universe could be smaller that Earth. =)
Translation: World or Universe.
Miss Universe and Miss World are two of the biggest beauty pageants in the world. Miss Universe began in 1952 and Miss World in 1951.Miss Universe is based in the US while Miss World is based in London, England.
Miss Universe and Miss World are the same by means of works and responsibilities. But in obvious fact the universe is bigger then the world.......
It would be the universe since the universe refers to the whole world!
There is more gas as a state of matter than in any other state in the universe
no because the world isn't bigger than the universe.
An alternative universe is a hypothetical world outside of our own, depicting a different way in which the universe could function.
