Wilson is incorrect. The top 5 most common presidential street names are:
1. Washington (21.3 per 10,000 real estate listings)
2. Lincoln (13.6 per 10,000 real estate listings) 3. Jefferson (11.4 per 10,000 real estate listings)
4. Jackson (11 per 10,000 real estate listings)
5. Madison (10.8 per 10,000 real estate listings)
Andrew Jackson, by far. When checking the Atlases of every state, Jackson had more cities, streets, schools, town sqaures,and people named after him than any other president.

In order to make an accurate survey, you would have to specify exactly what places you were going to count and whether schools and such that are names after towns that were named for president would be counted twice.
However, I would guess that George Washington would be the leader by a substantial margin. Second place would go to Thomas Jefferson or Andrew Jackson with Abraham Lincoln in fourth.

Most of the places on a traditional Monopoly board are named after places in Atlantic City. This is different from foreign language or boards in other countries, which are often named after the capital city. There are usually city versions available for most major cities in the United States though.
