There are various opinions as to what happened to the Indus valley civilization. Probably them most held is that climate change (disappearance of the monsoons) resulted in a migration to the east but in smaller more isolated towns.

Indus valley Civilization fell due to natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes etc.

some scientists believe that the attack of foreign tribes caused it to fall

attack of aryaans ( another civilization ) could be the cause

but still it is not found out these are just guesses
